What you will do

• Perform QA reviews of order, product, and customer data using large Excel datasets.
• Improve data quality through validation and correction processes to meet standards.
• Research and compare multiple data sources to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Evaluate QA processes to ensure team goals and objectives are met.
• Manage customer requests based on priority and provide follow-up.
• Write and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
• Must meet NASA SITSS requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to conduct effective online research.
