What you will do

• Analyze hardware and software needs for project planning and provide technical recommendations.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex problems and propose process improvements.
• Lead project deployments and ensure goals are delivered within the assigned scope.
• Create software automation scripts and comprehensive documentation for deployments.
• Train and lead property technicians and contingent workers during project implementation.
• Resolve hardware and software issues on both company-supported and non-company devices.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar role.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be based in Detroit, Michigan.

Nice to have

• Experience in an enterprise hospitality environment.
• Background in project management or project delivery.
• Fluency in command line scripting.
• A+ Certification or MCP.
• Knowledge of system and integration level testing.
