What you will do

• Create visual assets for marketing and sales, including sales decks, enablement materials, website graphics, and digital marketing assets.
• Manage the design request intake process, clarifying project details, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple design projects and deadlines, overseeing the work of part-time contractors when necessary.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all marketing materials to ensure visual consistency.
• Act as a strategic partner and consultant to internal teams, guiding the approach to visual communication.

• Strong visual design and layout skills with the ability to execute high-quality work quickly.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management.
