What you will do

• Ideate and execute innovative visual concepts and brand voices for interactive marketing materials from conception to final delivery.
• Partner with Copy ACDs and design teams to develop and execute multichannel campaigns.
• Research and apply current trends to create next-level creative solutions across multiple channels.
• Lead client presentations and manage key client relationships to achieve business results.
• Direct and mentor junior team members to inspire high-quality output.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative advertising agency.
• Portfolio featuring award-worthy creative work displaying mastery of art direction and visual design.
• Proven success working on integrated campaigns including broadcast, digital, and social media.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kansas City, MO office.
• Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times.
