What you will do

• Build and customize the Eligibility Management System for assigned client groups and locations.
• Manage multiple EDI and Data Exchange File implementations, ensuring timeliness and communication with insurance partners.
• Develop systems training materials and conduct training sessions for clients and internal colleagues.
• Perform system audits and transactional analyses to resolve EDI discrepancy reports.
• Define insurance partner and vendor EDI file specifications.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to deliver business process or automated application solutions, including user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with benefit administration, payroll, and/or HRIS systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.
• Must be based in the US Pacific Time Zone or be able to work from the Irvine, CA office.
• Current Life & Health Insurance License as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
