Focus on building pipeline through field-first hunting, partnering with Product and Clinical on use cases, and delivering ROI models and accurate forecasting to close large enterprise deals.
Location: Remote (within the United States); travel 20–40% within the U.S.

What you will do
- Drive strategic enterprise deals with tier-1 medical device makers, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Partner with Product and Clinical teams on Med-Device and Med-Tech use cases (patient onboarding, device adherence monitoring, post-procedure support).
- Build structured ROI models and business cases for MedTech buyers using an analytical, consulting-style approach.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Represent at MedTech industry forums, executive briefings, and key conferences to build pipeline and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years selling into devices or MedTech accounts.
- Proven track record closing large ($1M+) enterprise deals in Med-Device or Med-Tech organizations.
- VP-level, quota-carrying enterprise seller history at approximately $3M+ ARR per year.
- Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions with creative structuring and solution design.
- Comfort with field-first hunting and travel expectations (20–40% within the U.S.).
