What you will do

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs for responsive and safe browser interactions.
• Apply RAG, summarization, and intent modeling techniques to real-world browser workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle using modern ML tooling like Hugging Face and LangChain.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and launch user-facing AI features.
• Design and implement production experiments to test model behavior and iterate based on performance data.
• Document technical work and participate in code reviews and design discussions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in applied machine learning, specifically in NLP or generative AI.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs using open-source libraries.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embedding-based retrieval, and evaluation strategies.
• Proven track record of building user-facing AI features with a focus on privacy and latency.
• Ability to lead end-to-end model development from data exploration to deployment.
• Must be based in the US to comply with regional hiring requirements.
