A high-growth fashion dropshipping business with over €5,000,000 in revenue, operating a non-branded model across multiple stores.
What you will do
- Design and execute segmented email campaigns to convert browsers into buyers.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing flows, promotional sequences, and re-engagement campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Monitor and report on critical performance metrics to continuously optimize strategy.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, timing, and offers to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
- Identify customer behavior trends to inform and refine marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing for fashion, ecommerce, or dropshipping.
- Proven experience in WhatsApp marketing, including flow setup and engagement sequences.
- Deep familiarity with Klaviyo.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics-based decision making.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with alternative email platforms like Substack or ConvertKit.
- Basic understanding of SMS marketing or push notifications.
- Experience scaling campaigns during seasonal peaks.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign performance.
