What you will do

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Independently design graphics in Canva and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut.
• Develop and execute weekly email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo.
• Create and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to maximize sales and ROAS.
• Engage with relevant community groups to strengthen brand visibility.
• Provide monthly performance reports on organic and paid social media and email metrics.

Requirements

• Strong written English proficiency
• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in Canva and video editing software like CapCut.
• Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict weekly deadlines.
• Must be available to work in New Zealand Time

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or outdoor product categories.
• Previous success in community marketing and Facebook Group engagement.
