What you will do

• Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned with business objectives and risk balance.
• Support risk management by analyzing legal risks and guiding stakeholders on obligations.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial transactions such as credit facilities, M&A, and supply agreements.
• Ensure contract structures protect company interests and enable successful deal completion.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively manage compliance risks.
• Develop internal governance systems, processes, and approval frameworks.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-admission experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business-focused advice.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven project management capability to handle competing priorities autonomously and in teams.
• Proactive mindset with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
