Compensation: $293,000 – $325,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and build scalable fullstack systems for consumer and enterprise health applications.
• Own end-to-end feature development from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
• Build and maintain data pipelines that meet strict privacy, security, and compliance requirements like HIPAA.
• Collaborate with research and safety teams to integrate reliability and guardrails into production systems.
• Debug and optimize systems to support high availability and performance at global scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing maintainable, production-quality code.
• Strong engineering background with a focus on building durable, well-designed systems.
• Ability to operate with high agency and own problems end-to-end.
• Experience working in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling essential tasks including compliance, data plumbing, and reliability.

• Strong product engineering instincts and ability to ship polished solutions from rough specs.
• Entrepreneurial drive or previous experience as a founder.
