What you will do

• Promote and sell hirify.global's products and services to drive sales growth.
• Identify and generate new client pipelines independently using strong sales skills.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with new clients.
• Deliver professional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work towards and exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Continuously expand knowledge of financial markets, the FX industry, and hirify.global platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry.
• Previous experience in customer-focused environments such as sales, outbound/inbound support, or consulting.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong ownership of responsibilities.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for on-site work.
