What you will do

• Receive and troubleshoot returned Razer products to validate RMA requests.
• Manage spare part inventory, including tracking, reconciliation, and fulfillment across the APAC region.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate documentation for replacement parts and units.
• Compile operational reports on repair activities, inventory performance, and spare parts utilization.
• Support AI and automation initiatives through process mapping, data preparation, and system testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance repair center efficiency.
