What you will do

• Manage import/export declarations, ensuring accuracy of customs values, Incoterms, and tax treatment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining shipment visibility and stakeholder communication.
• Handle permits, licenses, and TradeNet filings to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the receipt, dispatch, and inventory management of rental and repair equipment.
• Conduct screening and escalate potential compliance matches according to internal policies.
• Systemize and archive all trade-related correspondence and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the trade compliance and logistics sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
