What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain senior-level partnerships with global OEM/ODM vendors to secure GPU allocations and volume discounts.
• Monitor global compute hardware and EDA software market trends to meet annual cost reduction targets.
• Mitigate cross-border delivery, customs, and software licensing compliance risks for AI compute projects.
• Draft and review procurement and maintenance contracts in coordination with legal teams.
• Maintain procurement archives and report on spend, cost optimization, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or International Trade.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI compute or IDC procurement.
• Proven track record in negotiating multi-million-dollar procurement and software licensing contracts.
• Familiarity with ODM supply chains, hardware BOM structures, and EDA licensing models.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to participate in cross-time-zone meetings as required.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with key equipment hardware vendors.
• Experience delivering data center hardware and EDA procurement projects across the Asia region.
• Understanding of AMEA cross-border trade regulations and import requirements.
