What you will do

• Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships across diverse markets.
• Build long-term partner relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Structure and negotiate agreements, commission frameworks, and performance incentives.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, events, and activations to drive trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue.
• Provide partner training, education, and branded resources.
• Analyze performance, monitor market and regulatory developments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership development, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical ability and a results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proactive approach and ability to build and nurture high-value relationships.
