Compensation: $185,000 – $205,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Set strategic direction for credit and collections, including portfolio management and cash forecasting.
• Own and improve the credit-risk framework, including risk assessments, credit limits, and escalation criteria.
• Drive collections performance to optimize DSO and minimize bad-debt exposure.
• Lead resolution of complex, high-value customer escalations and billing disputes.
• Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap for credit and collections workflows.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Product, and Engineering to operationalize scalable, efficient processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit, collections, or Order to Cash operations.
• Deep understanding of commercial credit risk, AR aging, and dispute resolution.
• Proven track record of using data and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with subscription and usage-based revenue models.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
