What you will do

• Manage device lifecycle processes, including check-ins, ticket creation, and warranty verification for computers, iPhones, and tablets.
• Diagnose hardware issues and analyze device performance to determine necessary equipment repairs.
• Coordinate the transport and shipment of devices and parts between offices, manufacturers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and conduct regular cycle counts to investigate discrepancies.
• Handle hardware onboarding and offboarding for new hires and exiting employees for special case clients.
• Manage e-waste indexing and storage for non-deployable assets.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in laptop, desktop, tablet, and iPhone repairs.
• Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+, ACMT, ACiT, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Toshiba, iPhone, or Google/Android.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs on a daily basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between worksite locations as needed.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
