What you will do

• Define and lead a multi-year product roadmap for World ID features.
• Engage directly with users and developers to inform product strategy.
• Own all success metrics and analytics related to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with the broader World ID team to define long-term strategic goals.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a product manager in fintech, payments, digital identity, or Web3.
• Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and synthesize high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience as a former founder or IC leading product vision and go-to-market strategy.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent engineering/design experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
