What you will do

• Define the growth product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction across key global markets.
• Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features using rapid experimentation and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct independent funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify leverage opportunities.
• Architect fraud-resistant growth systems to proactively prevent bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming.
• Lead cross-functional execution within a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.
• Champion AI-native product development, leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows to accelerate prototyping and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation.
• Proven track record of shipping growth campaigns or referral programs with quantifiable results.
• Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
• Must be based in San Jose, California, United States.
