What you will do
- Define the growth product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction across key global markets.
- Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features using rapid experimentation and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct independent funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify leverage opportunities.
- Architect fraud-resistant growth systems to proactively prevent bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming.
- Lead cross-functional execution within a fast-moving, globally distributed organization.
- Champion AI-native product development, leveraging LLMs and agentic workflows to accelerate prototyping and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation.
- Proven track record of shipping growth campaigns or referral programs with quantifiable results.
- Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
- Must be based in San Jose, California, United States.
