What you will do

• Coordinate with local agents, corporate service providers, and regulatory authorities to manage corporate secretarial and compliance obligations.
• Prepare, review, and file statutory forms, resolutions, meeting minutes, and supporting corporate documentation.
• Maintain accurate corporate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Back Office, HR) to support operational compliance requirements.
• Support the development and enhancement of the company’s compliance framework, policies, and internal controls.
• Assist headquarters in maintaining governance standards and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of financial services regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Prior experience in compliance, legal practice, or the financial services industry.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-border and multicultural environment.
