TL;DR

Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce): Designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with an accent on custom development (Apex/LWC) and long-term technical stewardship. Focus on executing a seamless knowledge transfer for a public sector initiative and ensuring system maintainability over a three-year horizon.

Location: Remote. Must be available to work between 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time to ensure overlap with the US team.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain complex, scalable Salesforce solutions independently.
  • Lead the platform go-live process and manage the transition of ownership.
  • Execute comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders and inheriting team members.
  • Maintain rigorous technical documentation and operational hygiene.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and proactively manage project risks.
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for a long-term public sector initiative.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Apex and LWC.
  • Proven track record of solution design in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Strong willingness to commit to a three-year sustainment and optimization lifecycle.
  • Professional maturity with a high degree of autonomy and self-management.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be available to work 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH Time.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems.
