Location: Must be based in Miami, FL

Salary: $24/hr - $30/hr

What you will do

• Travel to member homes and community locations to provide acute and episodic medical care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions under the direct guidance of a physician.
• Facilitate clinical intake visits for new members.
• Engage with members post-discharge to solve root causes of readmission.

Requirements

• Active Florida Paramedic license and/or NREMT certification required.
• PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• 3+ years of field clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms for care delivery.
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm local time.

Nice to have

• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Experience in critical care, primary care, tele-health, or mobile integrated healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
