What you will do

• Champion DevOps culture by identifying friction points and implementing scalable automation for reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.
• Operate and optimize production environments using infrastructure as code and modern observability tools.
• Empower R&D teams with intuitive internal tools to foster self-service and ownership of operational workflows.
• Lead deployment lifecycles, including architecture, design, and hands-on implementation across regions and environments.
• Drive innovation by collaborating across teams, challenging the status quo, and owning technical decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with production workloads on public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt or similar).
• Scripting/programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go; familiarity with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).
• Collaborative mindset, quick learner, adaptable to new technologies.
