What you will do

• Drive the full lifecycle of slot games from early concept to final QA sign-off.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, engineers, and sound designers to ensure alignment with the game vision.
• Create and maintain Game Specifications, design briefs, asset lists, and marketing materials.
• Oversee production, integration, and testing processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate daily with Project Management, Art, Sound, Engineering, and QA departments.
• Contribute creative ideas to optimize visual identity and player engagement.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Retail Slots or iGaming.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end game development and production processes.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative and technical teams.
• Familiarity with slot game maths, game logic, or feature design.
• Knowledge of production workflows within the wider gaming or entertainment industry.
