What you will do

• Support the data migration team during customer implementations to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare, format, and validate customer data for migration using Excel, in-house tools, and AI.
• Collaborate with implementation and R&D teams to resolve data-related blockers.
• Provide hands-on support during critical cutover and go-live periods.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for data monitoring and document reconciliation results.
• Perform data checks and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data/file migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large datasets.
• Ability to use AI tools to work more efficiently.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL for writing or optimizing queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments or specialized data migration tools.
• Background working with accounting or financial data.
• Prior experience supporting software implementations or client onboarding.

Hiring process
