What you will do

• Design cost-optimized engine installation systems in Creo (mounting, cooling, airflow, exhaust, packaging).
• Run calculations and predictive analysis to validate system performance and durability.
• Develop concepts, feasibility studies, and validation plans; perform and analyze in-iron testing.
• Create and maintain models, drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Execute or support FEA and simulation for structural and thermal performance.
• Resolve field issues with practical design solutions and integrate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with CAD modeling, drawings, and documentation.
• Ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with engine design and installation systems.
• Product design and development experience with paving machines or other heavy equipment.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• FEA or durability analysis experience.
