Salary: $182,750–$262,600 annually.

What you will do
- Define and lead the customer intelligence measurement agenda, including segmentation and retention analytics.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical problems and end-to-end solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of analytical talent while partnering with engineering and data science support.
- Productionize methodologies and build reusable datasets and frameworks using SQL, Python, and Airflow.
- Facilitate analytical conversations to connect data-driven insights to business strategy.
- Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate team output and automate workflows.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in analytical roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python.
- Experience with causal inference methods such as difference-in-differences and synthetic controls.
- Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives.
- Must be based in New York and able to work in the office Monday–Thursday.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer technology, streaming, or subscription-based businesses.
- Familiarity with pipeline infrastructure like GitLab or Airflow.
- Demonstrated track record of growing and developing analytical talent.
