What you will do

• Define and lead the customer intelligence measurement agenda, including segmentation and retention analytics.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analytical problems and end-to-end solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of analytical talent while partnering with engineering and data science support.
• Productionize methodologies and build reusable datasets and frameworks using SQL, Python, and Airflow.
• Facilitate analytical conversations to connect data-driven insights to business strategy.
• Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate team output and automate workflows.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in analytical roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong technical foundation in SQL and Python.
• Experience with causal inference methods such as difference-in-differences and synthetic controls.
• Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in the office Monday–Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology, streaming, or subscription-based businesses.
• Familiarity with pipeline infrastructure like GitLab or Airflow.
• Demonstrated track record of growing and developing analytical talent.
