CVD Equipment Technician

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures across AMAT and Lam mainframes.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities according to standardized procedures.
• Analyze tool performance using SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection software.
• Document maintenance tasks and contribute to the improvement of standardized work documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support area operations.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and process technicians on upgrades and wafer recoveries.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of AMAT 5200 Centura, Producer, Ultima, and Novellus Speed & Sequel mainframes.
• Ability to read complex schematics and technical diagrams.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
