TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing relationships with top customers by onboarding them, providing ongoing support, and ensuring they maximize the value of hirify.global. Focus on advocating for customer needs and collaborating with product, sales, and support teams.

Location: Must be based in North America. EST time zone is preferred.

hirify.global is a fully remote company distributed across North America and Europe, providing an issue tracking and project management tool.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at hirify.global’s largest customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Become a product expert and help customers use hirify.global to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive customer onboarding and training on hirify.global’s features and best practices.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, collaborating with product, sales, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years relevant work experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • SaaS and startup experience is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with product + engineering teams and/or developer tools is preferred.
