What you will do

• Define and uphold the art direction for game presentation, UI, motion, and VFX.
• Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of artists.
• Partner with design, engineering, and narrative teams to ensure gameplay clarity and visual storytelling.
• Establish scalable production strategies and efficient pipelines for asset integration.
• Lead hiring efforts and foster a strong, collaborative team culture.
• Manage external partners for art, animation, and VFX production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in high-quality game art.
• Proven experience managing artists and leads across UI, motion, VFX, and illustration.
• Experience shipping games across multiple platforms like PC, console, or mobile.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, and player-focused design.
• Experience building scalable production workflows and adapting assets for real-time applications.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working on live-service titles.
• Background in Visual or UI design.
• 3+ years of experience with game engines like Unreal or Unity.
• Familiarity with Riot Games' IPs.
