What you will do

• Translate visual concepts and targets into polished, performant in-engine experiences.
• Develop and maintain shaders, materials, VFX, and lighting systems within Unity.
• Improve pipelines, workflows, and tooling to enhance content integration across disciplines.
• Partner with artists, designers, and engineers to solve complex visual and technical bottlenecks.
• Define best practices for scalable, performance-aware content creation.
• Mentor teammates and facilitate knowledge sharing across technical art workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with technical art workflows in game development.
• Hands-on expertise in Unity development, including shaders, rendering, and lighting.
• Proficiency in asset pipelines, tooling, and workflow automation using Unity or DCC tools like Blender, Maya, or Houdini.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of ambiguous technical challenges.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• C# scripting and editor extension development in Unity.
• Experience with mobile game performance optimization.
• Knowledge of procedural workflows, VFX Graph, Shader Graph, or animation systems.
• Experience with profiling, version control (Git/Perforce), and automation tools.
• Prior mentorship or experience defining technical art standards.
