What you will do

• Own the game’s visual creative development from start to finish.
• Create concept art, mockups, and visual prototypes, then execute concepts into production-ready assets.
• Coordinate with a dedicated offshore art team, including hands-on asset creation and clear communication of expectations.
• Collaborate with the Game Designer and mathematicians to ensure visuals match the game vision and reinforce play style and mechanics.
• Playtest and iterate on visual presentation to improve player experience.
• Provide quality control over game art assets and their implementation, and review other Game Art Leads’ work.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience defining the visual approach for real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets.
• Degree in Art/Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise with Adobe software, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong command of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills for clearly explaining complex creative concepts to stakeholders across the globe.
