Salary: $97,728 – $151,572

What you will do

• Analyze requirements to develop implementable and maintainable data solutions.
• Identify and resolve data inaccuracies across diverse, large-scale datasets.
• Research, design, and document data specifications throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Develop and publish reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Support strategic data initiatives including contact role standardization and customer hierarchy management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Nashville, Tennessee
• Must work onsite 5 days per week
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and information management methodologies.
• Experience supporting data operations, reporting, or analytics for business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Business acumen in banking, insurance, lending, or leasing sectors.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to manage recurring deliverables alongside ad-hoc requests.
