What you will do

• Design and manage high-quality onboarding journeys across FR, EMEA, APAC, and NA regions.
• Drive employee experience by measuring effectiveness through metrics and implementing scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness and resource availability.
• Organize and facilitate orientation sessions, integration milestones, and travel arrangements for new joiners.
• Optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs.
• Proficiency in streamlining HR processes and using HR technology solutions (HRIS, Payroll).
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills combined with a hands-on, builder mindset.
