What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including planning, sourcing, and interviewing for retail and hotel activities.
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies and maintain partnerships with schools and universities.
• Oversee employee onboarding, including training creation and e-learning content.
• Facilitate annual review processes and support performance evaluations.
• Handle general HR administration and support the HR Manager with workman council data and legislation updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or recruitment within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
• Native proficiency in French and C1 level English.
• Deep knowledge of French Labor Law.
• Proficiency in HRM systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Kelio) and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
