What you will do

• Build high-quality, end-to-end product experiences for iOS and Android using Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to help early-stage products evolve and scale.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to ship products on strong, sustainable foundations.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and internal development processes.
• Mentor peers and lead the team to execute against short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Make strategic technical tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to Mobile.
• Proven track record of creating and launching successful mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX.
• Experience driving decision-making and building alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing other engineers.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source mobile projects or experience with native device features like GPS.
• Experience creating robust offline mobile applications.
• Fluency in English.
