What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile solutions to improve the turn-by-turn navigation experience.
• Implement backend-driven UI and collaborate with backend engineers on API integrations.
• Conduct A/B testing and ensure high quality through unit tests and automation frameworks.
• Lead feature development from the initial idea through to validated impact on end users.
• Analyze business metrics to provide constructive feedback and shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Swift and iOS development.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and maintainable code principles.
• Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks such as XCTest, Quick, or Nimble.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead product initiatives to completion.
• Daily use of AI tools to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Bucharest, or Tallinn.
