TL;DR

Location: Hermiston, OR, USA (Plant) - Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Hermiston plant

What you will do

  • Operate processing and packaging equipment across multiple production areas.
  • Monitor product quality, line flow rates, and waste streams to optimize production.
  • Perform Daily Management System standards, including CILs, FSILs, CLs, and Defect Handling.
  • Own daily and end-of-cycle sanitation of the line to maintain a food-safe environment.
  • Utilize root cause analysis via IPS and UPS tools to resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with Production Leads and Line Structure Teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related field preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (both written and oral).
  • Qualification in L2/3 Formed Product, L2/3 Co-Product Packaging, and Sanitation (training provided).
  • Qualification in Lock Out Tag Out on L2/3 equipment (training provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in noisy environments with temperature variations.
