What you will do

• Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions and bots using PAD and MS Copilot.
• Monitor bots post-deployment and proactively identify and fix bugs.
• Setup and configure development environments, including databases, virtual machines, and BOT ID accesses.
• Collaborate with BA, QA, and PM team members to determine development activities based on project priorities.
• Perform unit testing of BOT processes prior to release to QA and maintain technical documentation.
• Present technical details and remediation approaches to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a PAD MS Copilot developer.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Corporate IT environment following Agile Methodology.
• Proficiency in programming languages and test automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in complex troubleshooting and debugging.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
