What you will do

• Establish central CoSIM capability to define reference architectures, model libraries, and methods for GVHE-owned domains.
• Integrate hardware via CoSIM into the Systems Engineering and Virtual Validation backbone.
• Lead strategies that balance system co-simulation concepts, SimBOM, and GVDP elements.
• Ensure CoSIM assets and metrics reflect hardware performance to eliminate the need for physical demos.
• Achieve measurable virtualization of test cases to enable earlier defect detection and reduce HIL/vehicle usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, systems engineering, or software/hardware connectivity.
• Technical knowledge of GVHE components and vehicle-level integration.
• Valid US work authorization is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to lead and direct the work of others.
