Salary: $5,791.00 - $8,323.42 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Plan and implement competitive and recreational league sport programs, including the development of new initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies governing registration, participant eligibility, and game-level incident management.
- Manage league budgets and coordinate with facility coordinators regarding operational expectations and equipment use.
- Maintain and update digital content within registration systems (XplorRecreation) and the WordPress website.
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and supervision of 50-120 student administrative staff.
- Investigate and document incidents according to the Student Code of Conduct and HR policies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be based in Vancouver and able to work on-site, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's license or Canadian equivalent.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong supervisory, staff management, and conflict resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Professional experience in league sports, university recreation, or as a Recreational Programmer.
- Background in officiating, coaching, or mentoring.
- Working knowledge of Workday and XplorRecreation software.
- Valid Standard First Aid Certification or higher.
