Salary: $20.30 - $27.07 per hour

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hirify.global equipment at retailer locations to ensure continuous operation.
• Transport replacement parts, tools, and supplies in an organized and structured manner.
• Communicate with Dispatchers to report activity, arrival/departure times, and failure resolutions.
• Deliver and track inventory of marketing supplies and consumable parts like paper and ribbons.
• Provide basic or remedial training to retailers on equipment procedures.
• Complete primary reporting forms for activities, equipment problems, and procedure improvements.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical repairs.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights (rooftops), in close quarters, and in inclement weather.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
