Salary: $90,000 — $140,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead the translation of strategic direction into visual concepts and award-winning campaigns for broadcast, digital, and social media.
- Partner with the ACD of Copy, strategy, and account leads to develop and elevate cohesive creative concepts.
- Direct the creation of campaign assets, overseeing art direction, design, photography, illustration, and video production.
- Champion brand identity and visual guidelines to ensure all creative output drives business impact.
- Collaborate with production and technology teams to manage the delivery of online and offline assets.
- Present visual narratives and design concepts in client pitches to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or visual creative lead within an advertising agency.
- Stellar portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and art direction across traditional and digital spaces.
- Deep expertise in visual storytelling, design principles, and typography.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Outstanding presentation skills to communicate complex visual ideas to senior-level clients.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada to support a hybrid work model.
