What you will do

• Design and produce a wide range of branded assets including digital ads, social media content, presentations, and reports.
• Own the execution of creative assets across brand and sub-brand initiatives while ensuring visual consistency.
• Maintain high standards of quality control by preparing accurate final files for print and digital production.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to ensure design integrity and cohesive visual storytelling.
• Partner with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec)
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Understanding of print and digital production processes and file formatting standards.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-format print design.
• Background in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
