TL;DR

Graphic Designer (Legal AI): Developing and executing branded creative content across all marketing channels for a leader in legal AI technology with an accent on visual identity and brand consistency. Focus on designing high-quality digital and print assets, from social media posts to large-scale event signage.

Location: Remote (Canada, excluding Quebec)

What you will do

  • Design branded assets including advertisements, social posts, brochures, presentations, whitepapers, reports, and website graphics.
  • Own the end-to-end production of assets across the hirify.global brand and its sub-brands.
  • Manage quality control processes to ensure accuracy in file preparation for both print and digital production.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Art Director to ensure design integrity and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with marketers to design campaign assets and implement feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably with a mix of agency and client-side work.
  • Must be based in Canada (excluding Quebec).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Keynote, and AI tools.
  • Proven experience with both print and digital design processes.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across a broad range of assets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for large and small scale print formats.
  • Experience integrating AI into the design workflow.
  • Expertise in crafting engaging presentations in Keynote and Google Slides.
  • Previous experience working within a SaaS company.
