What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights to drive growth, engagement, and retention across the global business.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Analyze performance metrics across marketing, product, and content departments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and address their data requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, and strategic opportunities within large datasets.
• Present complex findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
• Proven experience in a commercial insight, strategy, or BI role.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong data storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
