What you will do
- Provide premium, high-level support to VIP clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Ensure 24/7 coverage with a specific focus on night shift operations.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate technical or high-priority cases to relevant departments.
- Monitor customer accounts to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Manage shift handovers and meet KPIs for response and resolution times.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer support.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English.
- Previous experience in or familiarity with the iGaming industry.
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
