What you will do
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via live chat and ticketing systems.
- Deliver premium support experiences tailored to Spanish-speaking players.
- Act as a bridge between customer feedback and technical solutions.
- Research and troubleshoot complex issues to provide definitive resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify service trends and improve workflows.
- Document cases and assist global colleagues using bilingual communication.
Requirements
- Spanish: C2 (Native or near-native) proficiency required.
- English: B1 (Intermediate) proficiency required for internal communication.
- Ability to clarify ambiguous customer requests and maintain empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Proven teamwork abilities and proactive communication style.
- Familiarity with digital support tools like Live Chat and Email.
