What you will do

• Create and deliver high-quality 2D game assets, including concept art, characters, environments, and animations.
• Lead ideation and concept development through mood boards and visual explorations to define artistic styles.
• Establish and maintain efficient production pipelines and ensure visual consistency across all games.
• Implement assets in-game, collaborating closely with Product Designers and Developers.
• Integrate AI tools into the asset pipeline to optimize speed, quality, and automation.
• Mentor junior artists and support the hiring and onboarding process for the art team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong experience with Figma and Spine 2D animation.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools and workflows for asset production.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the UK, Malta, or Gibraltar.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Ability to contribute to sound design and SFX for games.
